Brief

CBS 6 was in process of acquiring a massive weather truck to elevate our weather team further. However, all we had access to was the type of vehicle and a couple of blueprints with the weather modifications. Our task was to create something to let our audience know this truck was coming. My task was to create a logo and the vehicle wrap that was eventually used for the actual vehicle, and then I created a 3D version of this vehicle to use in a promo. We purchase the Ford 3D model and I used the blueprints to make the modifications to the vehicle in Cinema 4D. The final product was created by using stock footage, stock photography, and After Effects. Multiple iterations have spawned from this initial concept to promote winter wheater, create marketing collateral, and more.
